AI resume optimizer — sharper bullets, zero fabrication.

Most AI optimizers will happily invent a metric or a responsibility to make your resume look stronger — and hand you a claim you can't defend in the interview. ATSEye takes the opposite stance: it rewrites your real experience to match the job, then re-scores every change with a deterministic six-layer engine. Truthful by design, reproducible by construction — in about 30 seconds, free.

No signup. PDF or DOCX. Job description optional.

Why it's different

Optimization you can defend in the interview.

Anyone can raise a score by inflating a resume. The hard part — and the only version that actually helps you — is improving how your genuine experience reads without crossing into fiction.

Truthful by design

An anti-fabrication gate blocks invented employers, dates, degrees, and metrics. The AI sharpens what's real; it never manufactures what isn't.

Re-scored, not guessed

Every rewrite is re-scored by the same deterministic engine as your first scan — and the score is monotonic, so an approved change never regresses.

You approve every change

Rewrites are proposed bullet by bullet. You accept the ones that ring true and keep full control of the final document.

What it does

What it improves — and the line it won't cross.

It optimizes

  • Weak phrasing → measurable impact

Duty statements become outcome-led bullets that lead with the result, using only the facts already in your resume.

  • Job-description keyword alignment

Surfaces the required skills and terms from the JD that your experience genuinely supports, so a recruiter's search actually finds you.

  • Quantification prompts

Flags vague bullets and asks you for the number — it will not invent one. A metric you can defend in an interview beats a metric you can't.

  • Parser-friendly structure

Section naming and formatting an applicant tracking system can read cleanly, without the graphics and columns that break extraction.

It will never

  • Invent employers, job titles, or dates
  • Add degrees, certifications, or credentials
  • Fabricate metrics, percentages, or results
  • Claim skills your resume doesn't support

These are hard guardrails in the engine, not guidelines — a rewrite that violates them is rejected before you ever see it.

How it works

Score, optimize, re-score — and prove the gain.

  1. 01

    Upload and add the JD

PDF or DOCX plus the job description. See your starting score across six weighted layers.

  2. 02

    Approve truthful rewrites

The AI proposes sharper, JD-aligned versions of your real bullets — you accept each one.

  3. 03

    Re-score to prove it

The same deterministic engine re-scores the result. Reproducible, monotonic, never inflated.

Questions

AI resume optimizer — frequently asked

What is an AI resume optimizer?+
An AI resume optimizer rewrites your existing resume to align better with a specific job description — sharpening weak bullets, surfacing the right keywords, and improving structure. ATSEye's optimizer differs in one important way: every rewrite is re-scored by a deterministic engine and passes an anti-fabrication gate, so it improves how your real experience reads without inventing anything.
Will the optimizer invent experience to raise my score?+
No — this is the core design constraint. The optimizer will not add employers, titles, dates, degrees, certifications, or metrics you did not provide. If a rewrite tried to introduce a fabricated organization or date, the anti-fabrication gate nulls it. A score you can't defend in an interview is worse than no score at all.
How is this different from a resume checker?+
A checker diagnoses — it scores your resume and shows you the gaps. The optimizer acts on those gaps, proposing truthful rewrites you approve one at a time, then re-scoring so you can see the improvement. Most people start with the free ATS check, then optimize the specific bullets the score flagged.
Does the score actually go up after optimizing?+
The re-score uses the exact same deterministic six-layer engine as the original scan, and the score is monotonic — an approved optimization never regresses below your starting score. Because it's the same engine, the gain is real and reproducible, not a different tool being generous.
Do I need a job description to optimize?+
It's optional but recommended. Without a JD you get general improvements to impact, phrasing, and readability. With a JD you get targeted, role-specific rewrites — which is where the largest, most defensible gains come from.
Is the resume optimizer free?+
Yes. Scoring and AI optimization are free with no signup required. Upload your resume, paste a job description, and start approving rewrites in about 30 seconds.
